John 11:2  “(It was that Mary which anointed the Lord with ointment, and wiped his feet with her hair, whose brother Lazarus was sick)”
John 11:3 “So the sisters sent word to Jesus, “Lord, the one you love is sick.””
John 11:5 “Now Jesus loved Martha and her sister and Lazarus.”
…From yesterday…
Mary and Martha knew this truth so much. Can you boldly tell God your problems and challenges in this manner?
Oh, how I love this revelation. I can now pray prayers like;
“Lord, the one you love is sick.”
“Lord, the one you love is broke.”
“Lord, the one you love is travelling and needs some protection.”
“Lord, the one you love is flying tonight, no storm, no bad weather; he need some angels to bear up my plane.”
“Lord, the one you love is writing exams.”
“Lord, the one you love is being threatened by the enemy.”
What a way to pray! Until you step into this realm, you will not fully benefit from what God has provided!
Perhaps you’ve been battered and tortured by the devil and condemned by present day Pharisees and Sadducees, God says, “Don’t worry, you are elected, holy and beloved, therefore, come boldly!”
Hebrews 4:16 “Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.”
Make bold to declare daily that you are beloved!
Now take a look at verse 5:
John 11:5 “Now Jesus loved Martha and her sister and Lazarus.”
The Bible attests to the fact that Jesus also loved them! Beloved, this is how I read this scripture:
John 11:5 “Now Jesus loved Olamide….”
You can always replace it with your own name as well. Remember:
John 3:16 “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.”
He didn’t just loved the church, he loved the whole world! Beloved, accept it, believe it and live it!
