YOU WILL NOT CRY 
2Kings 4:1 “Now there cried a certain woman of the wives of the sons of the prophets unto Elisha, saying, Thy servant my husband is dead; and thou knowest that thy servant did fear the LORD: and the creditor is come to take unto him my two sons to be bondmen.” 
 
I was meditating on this scripture, and I saw something very interesting but rather sad. Here is it: “Now there cried a certain woman of the wives of the sons of the prophets unto Elisha…” 
 
This woman cried at home and then cried “unto” the house of the prophet. It was a serious situation. She cried uncontrollably until she met the prophet. Her tears, however, dried up when she met the prophet.
 
I have news for you; today, you will not cry. You will not sorrow. The LORD will wipe away every public and secret tear from your eyes. Every plot of darkness to cause you sorrow is thwarted now in Jesus’ name. 
 
This woman threw caution to the wind and cried, but God put a stop to it. No matter what the enemy is planning against you shall not stand in Jesus’ name. Hear this: 
 
Revelations 21:4 “He’ll wipe every tear from their eyes. Death is gone for good–tears gone, crying gone, pain gone–all the first order of things gone.”” (MSG) 
 
Isaiah 61:3 “To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the LORD, that he might be glorified.” 
 
Friend, God is wiping away tears from your eyes and pains from your heart, but not just that; He is pouring the oil of joy into your very being and placing upon you the garment of praise.
 
The Father is dealing with every spirit of heaviness and bringing you into a new order of unprecedented joy.
