MOVING OF THE WATER-3
John 5:3 “In these lay a great multitude of impotent folk, of blind, halt, withered, waiting for the moving of the water.”
The principle of drawing it out is by praying in the Holy Ghost. When you pray in tongues, the well begins to well-up and turn into a river that flows to accomplish all that you want.
The man needed healing and Jesus spoke it into his life, just the same way he spoke in the beginning. A speaking believer is a powerful one but a tongue talking believer is powerful beyond measure, producing miracles and connecting men to the supernatural.
Apostle Paul was not with Jesus physically on earth but he performed some outstanding miracles that baffled men. In one of his speaking engagements he said something very interesting:
1Corinthians 14:18 “I thank my God, I speak with tongues more than ye all:”
We can see that one of the reasons Paul was more effective than most of the other disciples was the way and pattern of his prayers. A man that speaks in an unknown tongue generates power to cause change.
The challenge of Christianity in our days is that several believers are equally waiting for heaven to do something about their situations. They are busy waiting for something “mysterious” to happen from heaven so that they can have their miracles.
They have become like those folks waiting for the moving of the water. If you’re in that category, you might have to wait for “thirty eight years” which is too long. You can take the bull of your life by the horn and get that long awaited miracle now. You are a miracle carrier and producer because of the resident Holy Ghost within you.
Jesus didn’t wait by the pool, he gave out from the pool he carried on the inside.
Friend, stop waiting for the moving of the water, move the one from within you.
I love what a man of God said, “If the Spirit does not move me, I’ll move the spirit”.
The well of salvation is within us, use it!
