NO WASTAGE-1
John 6:12 “When they were filled he said unto his disciples, Gather up the fragments that remain that nothing be lost”

John 6:13 “Therefore they gathered them together and filled twelve baskets with the fragments of the five barley loaves, which remained over and above unto them that had eaten”

God does not encourage wastage. In as much as he surpasses men’s expectation, he is a God of accountability. Whatever he gives us is budgeted for in heaven!

He puts order in place and expects us to do same. Faithfulness can also be defined as avoidance of wastages. Everything on earth is accounted for in heaven.

A man that can avoid wastage will always have more. How do I know?

Matthew 25:28 “Take therefore the talent from him, and give it unto him which hath ten talents.”

Matthew 25:29 “For unto every one that hath shall be given, and he shall have abundance: but from him that hath not shall be taken away even that which he hath.”

There is a popular saying that, “The rich will always get richer and the poor will always get poorer.” That saying was coined out of the parable of the talents.

The Master of those servants said they should collect the one talent in the hand of the unprofitable servant and give it to the one that has ten. It looked mean and inconsiderate but the truth is this: The man with the ten didn’t waste the resources that was given to him.

He was given five talents and he produced additional five, then he was given one in addition. It therefore shows that whatever God has given us must be so well managed that we produce a hundred percent profit as return on investment (ROI).

Jesus proved it in our focal story. The reason why many people are poor is because of their poor management principle. When you give them money they waste it. When you give them a house they mismanage it.

One spirit that works closely with the spirit of poverty is the spirit of wastage. You must beware of this destructive demon!
