IT’S A NEW DAY
Joshua 1:1 “Now after the death of Moses the servant of the LORD it came to pass, that the LORD spake unto Joshua the son of Nun, Moses’ minister saying”

Joshua 1:2 “Moses my servant is dead now therefore arise go over this Jordan, thou, and all this people, unto the land which I do give to them, even to the children of Israel.”

One beautiful thing with God is the gift of a new day, month and year. In the agenda of God, we will always have new beginnings and seasons which places us on a pedestal to start again on a clean slate.

God is always interested in giving man grace to begin again more intelligently. He always have his children in mind. He is a God that is always excited about where He want us to be and His agenda for our lives.

In our focal scripture, we noticed that Moses had just died and it seems as though the children of Israel had come to their wits end. It was as though the end had come and there was nothing they could do again. But, just at that point in time, God stepped in with a new vigor, inspiration and encouragement to move unto better things.

Beloved, last year represents a Moses in our lives. All the great things about the previous year have finally ended. The era of Moses was the era where God showed up with amazing miracles to get his children out of Egypt. It was an era when they crossed the Red sea, heal the water of Marah, ate manna and so on. It was an era that was characterized by amazing feats of God.

After the death of Moses, they were all down, wondering what will happen next, but God showed up to let them know that it’s a New Day.

Friend, I also want you to know that it’s a new day in your life and destiny. It doesn’t matter what you have enjoyed in the year 2019, there is more ahead of you. Your future is sure going to be better than your past.
