ENGAGE THE POWER OF UNITY-2
Esther 3:8 “And Haman said unto king Ahasuerus, There is a certain people scattered abroad and dispersed among the people in all the provinces of thy kingdom; and their laws are diverse from all people; neither keep they the king’s laws: therefore it is not for the king’s profit to suffer them.”

…From yesterday…

Esther knew that if the problem has been disunity, the first step to winning has to be togetherness. Before fasting and prayer, the first step was an installation of unity.

The devil will always succeed in a home, an organization or even a church where there is disunity, he thrives in such places.

The reason why some people’s fasting and prayer will not work is because they’re walking in dissonance not just with fellow believers but with God. When you’re not in alignment or unity with the laws and dictates of God, you have given the devil room to thrive around you.

Hear this:

Genesis 11:6 “And the LORD said Behold, the people is one, and they have all one language; and this they begin to do and now nothing will be restrained from them, which they have imagined to do”

God Himself was the one that made the above statement! He gave us an inkling into how spiritual things operate. God attest to the fact that no force on earth can destroy unity and harmony. When togetherness is in operation, everything is possible.

David came years later and reaffirm this truth:

Psalms 133:1 “Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity!”

Psalms 133:2 “It is like the precious ointment upon the head, that ran down upon the beard, even Aaron’s beard: that went down to the skirts of his garments;”

Psalms 133:3 “As the dew of Hermon, and as the dew that descended upon the mountains of Zion: for there the LORD commanded the blessing, even life for evermore.”

David showed us that the blessings of the Lord only flows and are commanded in an atmosphere of togetherness.
