CONTENTMENT-1
Esther 2:15 “Now when the turn of Esther, the daughter of Abihail the uncle of Mordecai, who had taken her for his daughter, was come to go in unto the king, she required nothing but what Hegai the king’s chamberlain, the keeper of the women, appointed. And Esther obtained favour in the sight of all them that looked upon her.”

Esther 2:15 “When it was Esther’s turn to go to the king (Esther the daughter of Abihail the uncle of Mordecai, who had adopted her as his daughter), she asked for nothing other than what Hegai, the king’s eunuch in charge of the harem, had recommended. Esther, just as she was, won the admiration of everyone who saw her.” (MSG)

There were so many qualities that stood Esther out from the crowd and another one is contentment. Every maiden that will appear before the king has an option to ask for whatever they wanted and for whatever they think will aid their being selected.

We were not told expressly but I want to believe the other ladies asked for all manner of things. Some probably asked for additional perfumes and fragrances, artificial eyelashes, special creams and the like but not Esther. This young lady required nothing more than what Hegai, the keeper of the women gave her.

Esther was contented with what she has and of course it was sufficient to win the king’s favour. The problem of many people in life is lack of contentment and greed. They never come to a place of satisfaction. They believe they must have whatever they see.

Friend, learn to be satisfied with whatever God has given you per time. Whatever God hands over to you is sufficient to meet the need at hand. Many have gone diabolical and out of the plans of God for their lives due to lack of contentment.

Many are not satisfied with what has been handed over to them; they believe that until they have other things to compliment them, they’re incomplete.

Beloved, you don’t need more than what your trainer has given you. His advice is sufficient for your enthronement.
