Judges 11:4 “And it came to pass in process of time, that the children of Ammon made war against Israel.”

Judges 11:5 “And it was so, that when the children of Ammon made war against Israel, the elders of Gilead went to fetch Jephthah out of the land of Tob:”

One phrase that struck me in our focal scripture is “in process of time”. They sent Jephthah out but in the process of time he became so powerful that he could no longer be ignored.

The brothers of Jephthah thrust him out to the land of Tob so that he won’t inherit with them. He became a dweller in the strange land but built a great reputation for himself there.

Here is the gist: whatever you’re going through will definitely come to pass in the process of time! The sending out, conspiracy, hatred, frustration, poverty and so on has an expiry date. The challenges that confronted Jephthah eventually came to an end.

Great men knows how to make time work for them. Time is a critical factor in the actualization of any dream. Every farmer knows they need to wait for harvest. When time is “processed for you” anything is possible.

Jephthah means break forth, unstoppable and deliverer. When he was thrust out of his father’s house, none of those qualities could be seen physically but in the process of time, they materialize.

The breaking forth you so much desire will happen if and only if you can wait for it. The problem with many people is that they do not know how to cooperate with time. Many people just want all their desires to be birthed in one day. Beloved, patience is of essence in bringing your visions to pass.

There are things you cannot fast track; if you get pregnant today, you will need to wait for nine months for the baby to be born. If you decide to give birth to the baby in two months because you’re in a hurry, it becomes an abortion. The same goes for several other things in our lives.

Learn to wait and be patient, it will soon be your turn.
