THE INHERITANCE-1
Judges 11:2 “And Gilead’s wife bare him sons; and his wife’s sons grew up and they thrust out Jephthah, and said unto him, Thou shalt not inherit in our father’s house; for thou art the son of a strange woman.”

When the devil comes after a man only one thing is at stake, his inheritance! The reason why it seems those folks are viciously after you is because they want to contend your inheritance.

The devil knows who Jephthah is. He knows the contributions of heaven into your life. He knows what you carry and capable of. He knows you have an inheritance in Christ and will stop at nothing to stop you from enjoying it.

The reason why the folks of Jephthah thrust him out was because of his inheritance.

Ephesians 1:11 “In whom also we have obtained an inheritance being predestinated according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will:”

Colossians 1:12 “Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light:”

Christ qualified us by his death, burial and resurrection to be partakers of God’s glorious inheritance. Our inheritance in Christ includes; breakthrough, good health, wealth, deliverance, progress, promotion, sound mind, victory over sin and powers of the enemy.

Beloved, we have a rich portion in Christ but the enemy will contend it. You must know you are Jephthah; one with the capacity for breaking forth, the unstoppable deliverer.

Where you are today is not a true reflection of who you are, everything it takes for your glorious future is already loaded in you. The reason the enemy is coming after you this way is because of what you carry.

You must make up your mind that you will not lose your inheritance. No matter the ranting of hell, keep holding unto the prophetic word of God concerning the area of attack.

When you understand the tactics of the enemy, it will become easier to deal with. All through scriptures and even in our contemporary days, great destinies always attract great resistance.
