Judges 11:2 “And Gilead’s wife bare him sons; and his wife’s sons grew up and they thrust out Jephthah, and said unto him, Thou shalt not inherit in our father’s house; for thou art the son of a strange woman.”

…From yesterday…

Friend, there is a place you and I need to go and it will take a thrust to get us there. God knows this and most times organizes it without consulting us!

God organized it for Joseph using his brothers, the same way He used the brothers of Jephthah. The day Joseph left home if he was told he was not coming back until he becomes a Prime Minister after about thirteen years, he wouldn’t believe it.

As a matter of fact, if God had met Jacob and discussed with him to release Joseph to become a slave, servant, prisoner and then Prime Minister, I believe Jacob would have told God he was not interested. I don’t think Joseph himself would have agreed with God.

It took a thrust via his hating brothers to get Joseph to his next level. Your own current experience may be sour, rancorous and unpalatable but know that it is orchestrated to push you forward quickly to your destiny land.

Thrusting is usually not a pleasant experience but it always payoff in the end. Even Jesus himself needed a thrust from Judas Iscariot! Betrayal was part of the process that culminated in Jesus having a name that is higher than every other name.

If you ask the airplane if the thrust force was easy on it, it will tell you an emphatic No! To get to where you are going in life and destiny, you will have to move against the norm.

People will castigate you, hate you and do all sort of things to you, simply because you’re going against the tide but don’t you ever quit. They are just the thrust you need to propel you forward.

Beloved, here is the gist for today: That hatred, envy, malice and attacks against you will not destroy you, they are just a thrust that will move you to your next level of glory in Jesus name.

Love you BiG
