SPONSORED AGENTS
Judges 16:5 “And the lords of the Philistines came up unto her, and said unto her, Entice him, and see wherein his great strength lieth, and by what means we may prevail against him, that we may bind him to afflict him: and we will give thee every one of us eleven hundred pieces of silver.”

It is often said that thieves don’t just enter a house, they operate via informants and reconnaissance. Delilah was a sponsored agent into the life of Samson but he didn’t know.

A sponsored agent is one who enters the life of man in order to hand him over to his enemies for a fee or reward. Samson was sold for a fee of eleven hundred pieces of silver multiplied by the number of men that negotiated with Delilah.

A sponsored agent is usually someone close to you or someone who people knows with you. He or she is someone whose words against you can easily be believed and relied upon either true or false. Many people have been used as sponsored agents knowingly or unknowingly.

Friend, don’t be a betrayal of trust! The devil is roaming about like a roaring lion looking for agents he can use to bring others down. We’ve seen scenarios where believers wrote against a fellow believer in an organization in order to win favours from the superiors.

It is often said that every man has a price; don’t let the devil buy you or use financial gains to entice you to sell your conscience. The value of any item is what was paid for it. You are very costly because what was paid for you is the blood of Jesus.

Your worth is Christ! Betrayers always lose out at the end of the day. Once you betray a man, you lose to him.

Joseph’s brothers betrayed him and eventually came to bow to him. Judas Iscariot betrayed Jesus and lost his life. Delilah betrayed Samson and eventually lost her life.

I pray for you today, every sponsored agent and betrayal sent against you will lose to you. Every demonic agent sponsored into your life will fail and never prosper in Jesus name.
