YOUR FAITH

YOUR FAITH
Mark 10:52 “And Jesus said unto him, Go thy way thy faith hath made thee whole And immediately he received his sight and followed Jesus in the way.”

In the school of answered prayers a major requirement is faith. It is an ingredient without which nothing can be achieved. The life of a believer doesn’t run on just skills, wisdom and strength, it runs principally on faith.

Faith is the life line of every believer. That’s why we were told severally that:

Habakkuk 2:4 “…but the just shall live by his faith.”

Romans 1:17 “…as it is written The just shall live by faith.”

Galatians 3:11 “But that no man is justified by the law in the sight of God, it is evident: for, The just shall live by faith.”

Hebrews 10:38 “Now the just shall live by faith…”

If the Bible says the just shall live by faith that simply means in the realm of the spirit, faith can be equated to oxygen! It doesn’t matter how much you pray, if you don’t believe what you’re saying to God, answers will not show up.

In our focal scripture, Jesus told Bartimaeus that his faith has healed him; which implies that he followed all the processes of faith, passed and got the desired result. Let’s take a quick look at what he did.

First of all, he heard about Jesus, then he called out to him, then pulled off his old garment, approached the Master, said exactly what he wanted from Jesus and got healed.

This story gave us a brief outline of how faith works. We can see the steps that Bartimaeus followed that provoked heaven to act on his behalf; it therefore implies that if we do same, we can achieve our goals as well.

No matter what you want, the same template will work. All you need do is to first find out what the Bible says about it, know the specifics, drop off every hindrance, pray and call upon the Lord and watch your answers roll in.

Friend, your faith too can work wonders if you’ll only work it!
