BLIND BARTIMAEUS-2

BLIND BARTIMAEUS-2
Mark 10:46 “And they came to Jericho: and as he went out of Jericho with his disciples and a great number of people, blind Bartimaeus, the son of Timaeus, sat by the highway side begging”

…From yesterday…

Beloved, it doesn’t matter where your condition has kept you, today is the day of liberation. Jesus has come to bring back beauty, honour and nobility to your life.

This man’s condition is also a pathetic one because it was blindness. He has lost the use of his eyes. Blindness means a loss of sight, vision and mission. It is a condition that can greatly incapacitate a man.

Some people are seeing with their physical eyes but blind within, which has limited them in life. Whatever you cannot see within, you cannot have without. Before God does anything for a man He expects him to see it first. Hear this:

Isaiah 43:19 “Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.”

God said He is set to do a new thing but the first criteria is “Behold”, he want you to see with the eyes of the spirit so that you can have what He is bringing.

Friend, Bartimaeus was blind but yours can be any other thing. Whatever has incapacitated you is a form of “blindness”. It is high time you begin to see.

Our focal scripture says that, Bartimaeus the son of Timaeus sat by the highway side begging. When a man is blind, he will beg. Bartimaeus’ plan was not to beg but the situation he found himself forced him to. Whatever has forced you to beg is coming to an end today in Jesus name.

Bartimaeus made up his mind to come out of begging and he did, you can follow suit.

I pray for you today, may your sight and vision be restored in Jesus name. By the power in the blood of Jesus, every form of blindness in your life will give way today.

May you receive sight to see beyond the ordinary in Jesus’ mighty name.

Love you BiG
