Luke 1:57 “Now Elisabeth’s full time came that she should be delivered and she brought forth a son.”
Luke 1:58 “And her neighbours and her cousins heard how the Lord had shewed great mercy upon her; and they rejoiced with her.”
Once you check the result of your desires and what you’re going through and it doesn’t look like what God has promised you, then it is not yet “full time”.
I love that Revelations 1:8 so much because it shows us something very interesting. I was studying it and the Holy Spirit just opened it up to me.
Revelations 1:8 “I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord…”
Note carefully that it didn’t say God is “…Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the END”, that’s the way we read it most times but that’s not what it says here specifically.
Rather, it reads, “…I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ENDING,” That word “ending” changes everything. It simply means that even when men blows the whistle and awards the medals, God can take over from there and still make you the winner!
That looks impossible to the natural mind. God is the “Ending”, when you think everything has ended, He shows up and converts “end” to “ending”.
When Lazarus died, he was buried and they concluded that was the end. Listen to Martha and even Mary:
John 11:21 “Martha then said to Jesus, Master, if You had been here, my brother would not have died.”
John 11:32 “When Mary came to the place where Jesus was and saw Him, she dropped down at His feet, saying to Him, Lord, if You had been here, my brother would not have died.”
Men may have concluded on you but I’m introducing you to a dimension of God you may not have known. He is not just the End, He is the Ending! I’m also glad to let you know that the “Ending” simply means “Full time”.
To be continued…
