MIRACLE SEASONS-1
Luke 1:20 “And, behold thou shalt be dumb and not able to speak until the day that these things shall be performed because thou believest not my words, which shall be fulfilled in their season.”

One thing we must understand about the miracles of God is divine timing. God works and operates by seasons. God does not stay in time but He placed us in time and seasons. We must therefore cooperate with Him and make the most of each season.

In our focal scripture, the angel told Zacharias that the miracle will happen or “…be fulfilled in their season.” A lack of understanding of seasons have also denied many their miracles. Hear this:

Ecclesiastes 3:1 “To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:”

Ecclesiastes 3:11 “He hath made every thing beautiful in his time…”

When believing God for a miracle, there are three key seasons you must consciously keep in mind.

1. SOWING: This is the season when you activate the miracle. In this season, you plan, fast and pray for your desires. You roll up your sleeves and focus on prayer and the word. You can also call this season “seedtime”. Many people pray concerning their desires and successfully navigate this season but fluff it at other seasons.

2. WAITING: This is the season of waiting and holding on. Many people lose it and terminate their miracles at this season. This season is very delicate in the miracle process, it is the period where most a times it seems God is silent. It is the period the devil attacks your faith with a barrage of unbelieving thoughts. At this season many people easily give up, act contrary to their faith or look for alternative to God. It was at this season Zacharias nearly used his mouth to terminate his miracles. This is the season when hope become dashed.

3. MANIFESTATION: This is also called the season of harvest. There is a thin line between the waiting and manifestation stage. I’ve discovered that many pray, wait but don’t know when the season has changed to harvest.
