PURPOSE OF THE GIFT-2
Luke 1:15 “For he shall be great in the sight of the Lord, and shall drink neither wine nor strong drink; and he shall be filled with the Holy Ghost, even from his mother’s womb.”

Luke 1:16 “And many of the children of Israel shall he turn to the Lord their God.”

Luke 1:17 “And he shall go before him in the spirit and power of Elias, to turn the hearts of the fathers to the children, and the disobedient to the wisdom of the just; to make ready a people prepared for the Lord.”

…From yesterday…

In our focal scriptures, God explicitly described the purpose and the reason why John was released to our world. He was primarily born to turn the children of Israel to the Lord their God.

It was also stated categorically that, “…he shall go before him in the spirit and power of Elias, to turn the hearts of the fathers to the children, and the disobedient to the wisdom of the just; to make ready a people prepared for the Lord.” (Luke 1:17).

Friend, I want you to know that in the same vein, there was a prophetic document written about you. It entails your vision and mission. You must not pass through this planet without finding it and fulfilling it.

The good news is that every manufacturer knows his product well and since we originate from God, He sure has and knows why He sent us here. That makes it easy to know our purpose.

We can easily know our purpose by simply asking Him in prayer! But, you can’t ask Him in prayer unless you first develop a relationship with Him. Once the relationship issue is settled, you can then feel free to ask Him and He is obligated to tell you.

The problem of many people is that they are either not born again or they got born again without asking Him what He has in mind for them. Many do guess work or even choose a path for themselves.
