AND PETER-2

AND PETER-2
Mark 16:7 “But go your way tell his disciples and Peter that he goeth before you into Galilee: there shall ye see him, as he said unto you.”

…From yesterday…

Hebrews 4:15 “Jesus understands every weakness of ours, because he was tempted in every way that we are. But he did not sin!” (CEV)

Friend, Jesus understands you more than you can ever think. He is not mad at you, he’s been expecting you since. Stop keeping away from him. I believe the only reason Peter was not on the first team that ran to the sepulcher on that faithful Sunday morning was guilt.

It’s high time you let go of the guilt and accept the forgiveness that Christ freely offers. He loves you unconditionally and want you back home at all cost. Remember the prodigal son:

Luke 15:21 “And the son said unto him, Father, I have sinned against heaven, and in thy sight, and am no more worthy to be called thy son.”

Luke 15:22 “But the father said to his servants, Bring forth the best robe, and put it on him; and put a ring on his hand, and shoes on his feet:”

The prodigal son went back home to his father (who is a representation of God) and on getting home began reading his long, well composed speech but to his amazement, the father seemed less concerned and quickly ordered for him to be decorated. The father had missed him so much and was just glad he’s back.

Friend, the Father knows your name, heaven is on your case. I’m glad to let you know that God is not just talking to his disciples, he’s specifically talking to you. He knows you by name.

Isaiah 43:1 “But now, says the Lord your Maker, O Jacob, and your life-giver, O Israel: have no fear, for I have taken up your cause; naming you by your name, I have made you mine.” (BBE)

Heaven knows your challenges, your pains and have taken up your cause. You’re next in line for a miracle.

Love you BiG
