Genesis 26:2 “And the LORD appeared unto him, and said Go not down into Egypt; dwell in the land which I shall tell thee of:”

Genesis 26:3 “Sojourn in this land, and I will be with thee, and will bless thee; for unto thee, and unto thy seed, I will give all these countries…”

…From yesterday…

God knows how to arrange the right people, right breaks, right opportunities and right conditions to help us. Don’t take laws into your own hands, trust Him.

The next instruction was to “…dwell in the land which I shall tell thee of”. Friend, the blessings of God are geographical. Provisions for vision are attached to locations.

The question is: Are you currently located as instructed? If you stay in a place He didn’t command you, suffering and destruction will always accompany you. Our assignment and destinies are tied to a place. You wil not do well everywhere, locate your place!

The blessings of fishes are tied to water, the glory of birds are in the sky. No particular plant can grow everywhere. If you don’t understand the geography of your assignment, you will struggle. Hear this:

Genesis 2: 8 “And the LORD God planted a garden eastward in Eden; and there he put the man whom he had formed”

God created the whole vast world, He then made Eden and then planted a garden eastward of it where He finally placed Adam. I grew up thinking Adam was placed on earth but an understanding of that scripture changed my mindset.

God didn’t just drop Adam on earth, He placed him at an exact longitude and latitude. God knew that if he doesn’t define geography for Adam, it will be difficult for him to do well. God caved that area for Adam and within the confines of that territory all his resources were kept!

Genesis 2:10 “And a river went out of Eden to water the garden; and from thence it was parted and became into four heads.”

To be continued…
