Ruth 1:6 “Then she arose with her daughters in law, that she might return from the country of Moab: for she had heard in the country of Moab how that the LORD had visited his people in giving them bread.”

Ruth 1:7 “Wherefore she went forth out of the place where she was…to return unto the land of Judah.”

…From yesterday…

Remember, the same water that drowned the whole world lifted and exalted Noah and his family. Others died but they survived.

Genesis 7:17 “And the flood was forty days upon the earth; and the waters increased and bare up the ark, and it was lift up above the earth.”

Genesis 7:18 “And the waters prevailed and were increased greatly upon the earth; and the ark went upon the face of the waters.”

Genesis 7:23 “And every living substance was destroyed which was upon the face of the ground, both man, and cattle, and the creeping things, and the fowl of the heaven; and they were destroyed from the earth: and Noah only remained alive, and they that were with him in the ark.”

As the water was increasing, it was drowning every living thing but baring up Noah’s ark, what a grace! But the gist is this, Noah was hidden in the ark!

That Ark is Christ! The safest place to be is on the side of God. During the American civil war, Abraham Lincoln was purportedly asked if God was on his side, “Sir, my concern is not whether God is on our side. My greatest concern is to be on God’s side, for God is always right!”

No matter what is happening around you make sure, your relationship with Christ remains unbroken; that is the key to exemption!

Job 22:29 “When men are cast down then thou shalt say There is lifting up; and he shall save the humble person.”

Men may be experiencing financial downturn but you will experience elevation and lifting.

Ruth survived, Caleb and Joshua survived; you will survive!

May you enjoy the grace of exemption from today, your case is different in Jesus name!
