1Samuel 17:32 “And David said to Saul, Let no man’s heart fail because of him; thy servant will go and fight with this Philistine.”

…From yesterday…

Game changers are courageous, skillful, audacious and never gives in to the threats of the enemy. They don’t just see things the way they are, they see things the way they could be.

David showed up and said, “…Let no man’s heart fail because of him; thy servant will go and fight with this Philistine.” (1Samuel 17:32).

Those are profound words from a game changer of repute. I don’t just want you to follow a game changer or admire them from afar. I want you to become a game changer as well.

To become a game changer for others and for yourself, you need to understand some rudiments. It is not enough for you to sit idle waiting for the game of your life to change. I want you to be able to take the bull by the horn and cause positive changes in your own life.

The first thing I notice about game changers is that they take responsibility. David showed this in our focal scripture. He said, “…thy servant will go and fight with this Philistine.”

Everybody has been running away from Goliath but David didn’t. To change the game of your life, quit blaming others for your misfortunes and stagnancy, take responsibility.

A wise man said, “Game changers don’t dream about changing the game, they change the game!” Thank God for all your dreams and visions, it is high time you roll up your sleeves and get down to serious work.

If your life must change, you’ll need to get down and do the dirty stuff which everybody have been avoiding. For forty days the Children of Israel sat down listening, watching and running from Goliath. None of them deemed it feat to make a go at the giant.

Friend, you have watched the challenges of your life for too long, its time you face them squarely.
