WRONG CROWD-2
Luke 7:12 “Now when he came nigh to the gate of the city, behold there was a dead man carried out, the only son of his mother, and she was a widow: and much people of the city was with her.”

Be like Lazarus and his sisters:

John 11:1 “Now a certain man was sick named Lazarus, of Bethany, the town of Mary and her sister Martha.”

John 11:2 “(It was that Mary which anointed the Lord with ointment, and wiped his feet with her hair, whose brother Lazarus was sick”

John 11:3 “Therefore HIS SISTERS SENT UNTO HIM, saying Lord, behold, he whom thou lovest is sick”

John 11:4 “When Jesus heard that, he said This sickness is not unto death, but for the glory of God, that the Son of God might be glorified thereby.”

John 11:5 “Now Jesus loved Martha, and her sister, and Lazarus.”

These are a different class of people. They are part of a selected group of crowd who has the “phone number of Jesus”. When there brother was sick they simply dialed heaven!

This woman found herself in a crowd of people who had no inkling of the Resurrection and the Life. She knew nothing about Jesus and nobody in her crowd does. That is a completely wrong crowd.

Don’t find yourself in the crowd of wailers and the helpless. If you are, change camp. Remember, Jesus came with his own crowd as well:

Luke 7:11 “And it came to pass the day after, that he went into a city called Nain; and MANY OF HIS DISCIPLES WENT WITH HIM, AND MUCH PEOPLE.”

These were folks who have developed a personal relationship with him. They have his “contact address and phone number”. They keep company with him. They have fellowship with him daily and He knows them as well!

Beloved, don’t be in the company of people who are only hoping God will do something about their situation. Be among those who knows He will and knows how to invoke the miracle.

Don’t chase his miracles chase HIM!
