POWER IN THE WORD-3
Luke 7:7 “Wherefore neither thought I myself worthy to come unto thee: but say in a word, and my servant shall be healed”
Beloved, you don’t have to worry again, the Word is as potent as it was in the beginning. The good news is that in this dispensation you can equally speak and send the Word into any situation and you’ll most certainly get the desired result.
I love the rendition in Matthew:
Matthew 8:8 “The centurion answered and said Lord, I am not worthy that thou shouldest come under my roof: BUT SPEAK THE WORD ONLY, and my servant shall be healed”
Matthew says, “BUT SPEAK THE WORD ONLY”, don’t mix it with anything! Somebody said, “Don’t bother protecting the lion by keeping it in a cage, release the lion from the cage and it will protect itself.”
The word operates in the same way, when you release it from the Bible by vocalizing it, you will experience tremendous power. The Word can defend Himself when you allow Him to roam free. Enough of keeping the Word on the pages of your Bible, put the Word in your heart and mouth and begin enjoying the supernatural.
Like this centurion, you might have a sick servant as well. It could be your business, career, academics, children or even finances that is sick. You need look no further, the solution is to “Speak the Word” only and that your servant whatever it represent shall be made whole!
When you put the Word in your mouth, you release the dynamic power locked up in it. Miracles are in the Word of God, but they are like drug capsules. They only benefit you when you swallow them and they dissolve into your system. That’s what happens when you release the Word verbally.
When you speak the word over any situation, it dissolves into it and produce power that causes the required change. The power of God is in the Word of God.
Better still, the Word of God is God Himself!
