PRECIOUS THINGS-2

PRECIOUS THINGS-2
Luke 7:1 “Now when he had ended all his sayings in the audience of the people, he entered into Capernaum.”

Luke 7:2 “And a certain centurion’s servant, who was dear unto him, was sick, and ready to die”

…From yesterday…

The devil knows every aspect of our lives are precious to God so he attacks not just to halt us but to get at God.

The devil has accepted the fact that he cannot defeat God but he knows defeating, frustrating and hurting the ones whom God loves is tantamount to scoring a point.

Friend, when the heat of the enemy is fierce against you, it is simply because you’re precious to God. The attack on your family, business, career, projects and ministry is simply because the devil knows those things are relevant in the agenda of heaven. The battle might be hot now but know that God will do whatever He needs to do to protect His jewel.

The question is how valuable are you to God? This might sound awkward but the truth is that God sure has favourite children among the lot! We are all children of God and He loves us equally but He doesn’t reward us equally. Hear this:

Psalms 50:5 “Gather my saints together unto me; those that have made a covenant with me by sacrifice.”

There is a place for all His saints but yet another place for those that have made a covenant with Him through their giving. This is not talking about works since we are in the era of grace but rather it is talking about how much we trust Him and release our faith in Him.

Hebrews 11: 6 “But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.”

This shows that a man can actually please God based on how he releases his faith. It also shows that you can be born again and not enjoy the best of God.

To be continued…

Love you BiG
