PITFALL 2: SELF-CONDEMNATION-3
Job 18:10 “The snare is laid for him in the ground, and a trap for him in the way.”

Job 9:20 “If I justify myself, mine own mouth shall condemn me: if I say, I am perfect, it shall also prove me perverse”

…From yesterday…

Matthew 27:5 “And he cast down the pieces of silver in the temple, and departed and went and hanged himself”

Judas betrayed Jesus with his eyes firmly on the reward which was just thirty pieces of silver. Perhaps he felt showing Jesus to the chief priests and elders was no big deal since they were “church people”, but when he saw the treatment they gave to him, he realized what he had done.

Judas switched on the self-condemnation button and he didn’t recover from it. He ended up committing suicide which was the grand plan of the enemy. Self-condemnation is a very deadly weapon in the armory or the enemy.

2. THE DEVIL HIMSELF
A man can switch over to self-condemnation mode when the devil torments his mind. Sometimes we call this obsession.

Revelation 12:10 “And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for THE ACCUSER of our brethren is cast down which accused them before our God day and night.”

The primary aim of the devil is to accuse us and as long as you keep listening to him you will get into this deadly zone. He can directly attack our mind or even speak through others. His aim is to make make us feel worthless, unhappy and to self-condemn ourselves.

Genesis 3:9 “And the LORD God called unto Adam, and said unto him, Where art thou?”

Genesis 3:10 “And he said I heard thy voice in the garden, and I was afraid because I was naked; and I hid myself”

Genesis 3:11 “And he said Who told thee that thou wast naked? Hast thou eaten of the tree, whereof I commanded thee that thou shouldest not eat”
