DON’T DOUBT-2

DON’T DOUBT-2
Matthew 14:31 “… O thou of little faith, wherefore didst thou doubt?”

…From yesterday…

Friend, when you doubt, you’re simply calling God a liar. Even if somebody calls you a liar as a man, you don’t take it lightly, so can you imagine how God feels when you doubt Him?

Hear what He says about a man that is wavering or doubting:

James 1:6 “But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed”

James 1:7 “For let not that man think that he shall receive any thing of the Lord.”

James 1:8 “A double minded man is unstable in all his ways.”

A man that doubt, God says, cannot receive anything from Him. You cannot call God a liar and expect Him to bless you! Not only that, such a man is unstable in all his ways and good things will always elude him.

Simon was Peter’s name when he came to Christ and the name means unstable. Before God could bless him and make him a kingdom pillar he had to change his name to Peter. I guess what happened in Matthew 14:31 was the Simon in him coming out.

Friend, we all have a Simon lying deep within but we must never allow it come to the fore, if not it will limit us in life and destiny. We must strive to kill off every semblance of doubt and believe God totally and absolutely. Hear this:

Mark 11:23 “For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass he shall have whatsoever he saith”

We can see from the above scripture that nothing is impossible to a man that refuse to doubt. He can move mountains; he can walk on water and always bring God into his affairs.

Doubt sinks a man. Don’t call God a liar.
