Darkest before dawn-2
Matthew 14:25 “And in the fourth watch of the night Jesus went unto them, walking on the sea.”

The issue however is that most of us lack the understanding that it is always darkest before dawn, and we give up at the fourth watch. Many have gone in search of demonic help at this hour. Many left their duty posts just before dawn.

It is at this hour many people take the option of “Ishmael” rather than wait for their “Issac”. Others abandon their “Rachel” to go after “Bilhah” (Genesis 30:3).

Friend, I don’t know what you’re going through that is looking as if it’s going to consume you. Perhaps you’ve made up your mind to throw in the towel and call it quit. You’re probably saying that even heaven knows you’ve tried.

I have news for you, don’t quit on God. Your daylight is close. Remember, nobody collects the trophy because they tried, trophies are only presented to winners; and winners are men who stayed till the end.

The emergence of absolute darkness is simply the announcement of the arrival of light! When it seems all hell has been let lose on you, smile because they’ve only attracted all heaven to your situation.

The reason why things seems so hard is because the devil is losing the battle at an alarming rate. Your light is about to break forth and the enemy is simply trying to cover it up by all means available to him.

In our focal scripture, the Bible says, “And in the fourth watch of the night Jesus went unto them…”. I want you to know that Jesus is on the way! He won’t tarry any longer, He’s so very close to you now.

Don’t be like the man who gave up digging for gold when he was just three feet away, after digging for almost a thousand feet! You’re closer to your miracle than you’ve ever imagined.

You may feel down, discouraged and think God has forgotten you; cheer up because it is always darkest before dawn! See the light at the end of the tunnel!
