Midway battles-3

Midway battles-3
Matthew 14:24 “But the ship was now in the midst of the sea, tossed with waves: for the wind was contrary.”

Matthew 14:24 “But the boat was now in the middle of the sea, tossed by the waves, for the wind was contrary.” (NKJV)

…From yesterday…

How do you tell Daniel he was in God’s “middle or center” will when he was locked up with hungry looking lions! How do you tell the three Hebrew boys that the fire they were thrown into was because they were obeying God.

It may not add up or make sense, but I want you to know that the midway challenges are real but they cannot stop you, if you refuse to corporate with the devil. Through it all, the Lord will stand by you. If it is His will, it will be His bill.

You can never be abandoned or forsaken. Hear this:

Isaiah 43:2 “When thou passest through the waters, I [will be] with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee.”

Friend, midway battles don’t have to stop you. You have been made an overcomer already. All you need do is hold on, it won’t be long before Jesus show up for you.

Beloved, don’t let midway crisis sweep you away like Demas. Hear this:

Colossians 4:14 “Luke, the beloved physician, and Demas, greet you.”

2 Timothy 4:10 “For Demas hath forsaken me, having loved this present world, and is departed unto Thessalonica; Crescens to Galatia, Titus unto Dalmatia.”

Demas in the book of Colossians was an ardent follower of Jesus, doing well and helping Paul and Luke with the work of ministry but by the book of Timothy, he was swept away. Don’t ever let the waves consume you.

When waves of trouble show up at critical junctions in your walk with God, don’t lose sight of God. Hold on and wait for Him. Jesus will come through for you.

Love you BiG
