Valley of decision: The fighter-1

Valley of decision: The fighter-1

Joel 3:14 “Multitudes, multitudes in the valley of decision: for the day of the LORD [is] near in the valley of decision.”

Friend, another thing that keeps people in the valley is their unwillingness to fight. Most people are just satisfied with where they are, they don’t want to put up a fight and move to the next level in life.

Some even console themselves that fighting is not good, well, that is not a totally good position to take in life.

The word fight simply means to contend in physical or spiritual conflict, either singly or collectively in order to strive for; to campaign or contend for success.

Beloved, life is a battle and your calling and destiny is warfare. The devil won’t just sit back and watch you become all God want you to become without putting up resistance.

Your purpose in life is divine and will affect the kingdom of darkness negatively hence they fight you. The only person the devil won’t fight is one that want to advance his Kingdom.

When men dies they say, “Rest in Peace”, this is simply because they have stepped out of the battle field of life. You must know that we are constantly in a fight with the flesh, the world and the devil.

You will discover that anything left to itself naturally start to go bad. If you abandon a building and not live there for sometime it start to fall apart. If you are a student and don’t read and study hard, you naturally fail. The only thing that doesn’t require effort is failure. If you leave your garden to itself, weed will naturally grow there.

If you park up your beautiful functioning car for sometime, you will definitely require a mechanic to get it started again. If you leave your children to themselves, they naturally pick up bad habits and manners.

That goes to show you the decadence and nature of our world.

To be continued…

Love you BiG
