​Valley of decision: Purity-3

Joel 3:14 “Multitudes, multitudes in the valley of decision: for the day of the LORD [is] near in the valley of decision.”

Joseph and Daniel were the exact opposite of Esau and Samson. Defilement is a costly mistake on the road of destiny.  

You must make up your mind never to get defiled by the world system. My spiritual father said, “Every secret sin is an open scandal in heaven”. So you must beware!

1 Thessalonians 5:22 “Abstain from all appearance of evil.”

1 Timothy 6:11 “But thou, O man of God, flee these things; and follow after righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, meekness.”

Purity is the strength of your life as a believer, hear Jesus:

John 14:30 “Hereafter I will not talk much with you: for the prince of this world cometh, and hath nothing in me.”

Friend, Jesus said boldly that he has no property of the devil. When impurity or defilement is introduced into your life, you go about with the devil’s property thereby giving him a legal ground to enter your life at will. As a believer, don’t even have a cupboard not to talk of having skeleton in it. 

Christ is our righteousness and we must know that the devil is after our relationship with him, hence the introduction of impurity. Every substance is strongest while it remains pure. 

Impurity also weakens a man especially in the place of prayer. The devil uses it to condemn the believer and make him feel guilty and unclean in approaching God. Get rid of every guilt by remaining pure. Don’t let the devil use your impurity as a weapon against you.

Purity is fast disappearing in our days hence we have so many weak Christians who lacks power for life and destiny. Electricity flows best in the purest conductors and in the same way, you cannot conduct the power of God with impurities.
