​Timnath: Kill the lion-4

Judges 14:5 “…behold, a young lion roared against him.”

Judges 14:6 “And the Spirit of the LORD came mightily upon him, and he rent him as he would have rent a kid, and [he had] nothing in his hand…”

…From yesterday…

The Holy Spirit in us makes us live naturally in the Supernatural. We are not timid tormented folks as believers, we are carriers of Divinity and the whole essence of God.

What makes God to be God is what He put on our inside at the New Birth. The very ability and endowment that tore that young lion to pieces is in us. We are empowered to dismantle every installation of Hell against us.

Note that the same passage said,”…and [he had] nothing in his hand…” (Judges 14:6); the question is how did he defeat the lion, without a physical weapon? 

The gist is this: the weapons of our warfare are not the carnal!

2 Corinthians 10:4 “(For the weapons of our warfare [are] not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;)”.

Friend, you don’t need a physical weapon to destroy the young lion roaring against you. What it takes to finish off the lion is on your inside. He is a personality called the Holy Spirit.

The problem of many people is that immediately the young lion charges at them they start looking outside themselves for weapons to defend and fight with, many never look inside. 

For example somebody said you won’t be promoted and the first thing you do is to look for who to send to beg him. You were asked to give bribe to win the deal and you go looking for the bribe money. Beloved, you must know that what you need is not a physical stuff, you need beyond that to finish off your young lion.

All you need is on your inside. Simply talk to Him and let Him strengthen and empower you to tear the lion to pieces. 

Quit looking outside you, look inside by prayer, meditation and worship. The ALMIGHTY lives in you!
