​Psalms 23: Enemies can’t stop You-1

Psalms 23:5 “Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.”

God wanted preparing a table for David and I thought the first thing He will do is to “kill all the enemies.” God did no such thing, he simply went about his duty, enemies not withstanding.

Psalms 23:5 “You treat me to a feast, while my enemies watch.  You honor me as your guest, and you fill my cup until it overflows.”(CEV)

He treated him to a great feast right before the enemies. The enemies even watched as he was eating. 

Friend, your enemies are too small to stop God’s agenda for your life. They can complain and grumble but they cannot stop you. They may not like your progress but they have no choice. God has disabled them already.

You will rise to the next level in life and destiny while they watch. Friend, don’t abandone your purpose and vision because of enemies. Accept the fact that they will always be there:

Psalms 119:98 “Thou through thy commandments hast made me wiser than mine enemies: for they [are] ever with me.”

David said the enemies are ever with us that is why our Shepherd will never leave nor forsake us. I have discovered that what stopped many people in life is the fact that they abandone the table God has prepared for them and consentrated on the enemies. 

The strength of the enemy is the attention you are giving them. Keep your gaze on what the Lord is doing not on what the enemy is doing. See God working for you while you disregard the distractions of the devil.

Hear God:

Isaiah 54:15 “Behold, they shall surely gather together, [but] not by me: whosoever shall gather together against thee shall fall for thy sake.”

God attest to the fact that enemies will always gather but their gathering means nothing to the equation of your life. God can even use them to promote you.
