​While men slept-8

Matthew 13:25 “But while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat, and went his way.”

…From yesterday…

Jesus sent out his disciples in pairs or joinings:

Mark 6:7 “And he called [unto him] the twelve, and began to send them forth by two and two; and gave them power over unclean spirits;”

When God joins things and people together, he blesses the union and gives them power over the devil. He joins things and people together in order to frustrate and stop the activities of hell. 

The devil knowing this always tries to separate what God has joined together and initiate a different kind of joining. He does this to stop or frustrate the plan of God. That is why we see different types of joinings in the bible and in our contemporary days.

God joined man and woman together, Adam and Eve but the devil said it’s okay to have man and man, Adam and Steve, woman and woman, just to thwart the purpose of God in marriage.

All through scriptures we saw the devil introducing or joining tares to wheat. 

God joined Abram and Sarai together to go become the father of nations, the devil joined Lot with them.

God joined the prodigal son to a father to fulfil destiny, he went away and eventually joined himself to a demonic father who made him dirty by sending him to work with pigs.

Luke 15:15 “And he went and joined himself to a citizen of that country; and he sent him into his fields to feed swine.”

This younger son slept off and by the time he woke up he was already joined to a wrong man in a far or wrong country, fulfilling the devil’s agenda.

The plot of the devil is always to introduce wrong joinings into our lives when we sleep off.

The powerful Samson slept off and woke up with a wrong joining called Delilah who truncated his destiny.

Beloved beware of wrong joinings, they are meant to slow you down or out rightly stop you.
