Matthew 13:25 “But while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat, and went his way.”

God can prosper a man and the devil can give men finances too. God heals and the devil “heals too”, however fake, that’s why we have a lot of fake prophets and pastors in town now. 

Don’t fall prey to alternatives. The Bible warns us by saying:

Proverbs 16:25 “There is a way that seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof [are] the ways of death.”

The devil designed a way that looks well polished and attractive because he knows this:

John 14:6 “Jesus saith unto him, I AM THE WAY, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.”

Jesus is not one of the ways, HE IS THE ONLY WAY! Everything God promised us the devil has an imitation. The question is this, Who will you get your things from?

Friend, don’t let the alternatives of the devil confuse you. Don’t let the substitute become more real in your life than the main thing.
6. The tares manifest in the future: “… his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat, and went his way.”

The devil sowed tares and went his way. He didn’t wait or hang around, he did the sowing and went away. Here is another strategy of the enemy, the destructive tendency is already built into the tares awaiting future manifestation. 

Hear this:

Genesis 1:11 “And God said, Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding seed, [and] the fruit tree yielding fruit after his kind, whose seed [is] in itself, upon the earth: and it was so.”

This is a very important principle for us to master, “The seed is in the tree and the tree is in the seed!” As big as a tree is, it is by design hidden in the tiny seed.

The devil also uses this principle. He packages destruction in the seed (tares), goes away, simply expecting it to grow. Once it grows, it produces after it’s kind.
