​Why is this happening to me?-14

Genesis 25:22 “But the two children struggled with each other in her womb. So she went to ask the Lord about it. “Why is this happening to me?” she asked.” (NLT)

Genesis 25:22 “But the children struggled together within her; and she said, “If [all is] well, why [am I] [like] this?|” So she went to inquire of the LORD.” (NKJV)

…From yesterday…

Joseph arrived Egypt in chains, but became a ruler in that same land. I now understand why he was like that. 

Friend, you might have become an object of ridicule because of what men did to you. Perhaps your dignity has been taken away. You might have become a constant companion of shame and disgrace.

Well, know that people did all that to you because the palace was waiting for you and they wanted to stop it. Your position on the throne is vacant, so relax; you will get there in grand style in Jesus name. 

In case you are asking, Why is this happening to me? Because you have solved great problems for your boss, helped him build his conglomerate or business empire. You have been there for him through thick and thin, but he has suddenly turned round to relegate you to the background or even plotting your death, there are answers for you as well.

1Samuel 23:14 “And David abode in the wilderness in strong holds, and remained in a mountain in the wilderness of Ziph. And Saul sought him every day, but God delivered him not into his hand.”

1Samuel 23:15 “And David saw that Saul was come out to seek his life.”

David solved emotional and mental problems for Saul; he fought dangerous wars for him and won at the expense of his own life. 

He helped make the Israeli army great again, but after serving him so faithfully Saul turned round and made several attempts to kill him. 

That might be your story now, but it’s no big deal, you will outlive “Saul”.
