Why is this happening to me?-5

Genesis 25:22 “But the two children struggled with each other in her womb. So she went to ask the Lord about it. “Why is this happening to me?” she asked.” (NLT)

…From yesterday…

In the new room, he still saw giant crosses but saw medium sized ones as well. As he moved towards a medium sized cross, he saw a very tiny one lying at the corner of the room. He grinned to himself and felt relieved that at least he had seen one that he could easily carry. He looked at God and said, “l go for that”.

God looked at him in total disbelief. God asked, “Are you sure about that?” The man replied, “Very sure sir. But why that look on your face”

God said, “Young man, that was the cross I just took from you!”

In life we all have a cross to carry, yours is different from mine and vice versa. So our challenges are common. So, “no test or temptation that comes your way is beyond the course of what others have had to face…” 1Corinthians 10:13 (MSG

Rebecca carried her cross too and one day she met God and decided to ask him why her cross was so heavy.

Perhaps you have been complaining about your own cross as well and wondering why things are the way they are in your life and destiny. You might even be on the verge of giving up or abandoning the project. 

You might be planning to drop out of school, change jobs, quit the relationship, abandon the business, quit church or even commit suicide! I want you to hold on a bit and hear the answer God gave Rebecca.  

Genesis 25: 23 “And the LORD said unto her, Two nations are in thy womb, and two manner of people shall be separated from thy bowels…”
