Breaking the Esau Code
Genesis 27:40 “By your sword you shall live, And you shall serve your brother; And it shall come to pass, when you become restless, That you shall break his yoke from your neck.”(NKJV)

Peter and the rest already had their own plans once Jesus left the stage. They were looking forward to him empowering them and afterwards they would start ordering people around, performing miracles and forcing people to hero worship them.
