Who is in Your Boat?-11
Jonah 1: 4 “But the LORD sent out a great wind into the sea, and there was a mighty tempest in the sea, so that the ship was like to be broken”
Jonah 1: 5 “Then the mariners were afraid and cried every man unto his god, and cast forth the wares that were in the ship into the sea, to lighten it of them. But Jonah was gone down into the sides of the ship; and he lay and was fast asleep”

Having Jesus on your boat simply means handing over and dedicating your career and every aspect of your life to Him. Many attend church on Sundays, singing and praising God, but live Monday to Saturday without consulting Him on any issue.
Jesus cannot be found anywhere near some people’s business; they keep Jesus on the pages of their bibles and “shelf him” until the following Sunday, yet they wonder why things are hard and frustrating.
Friend, wherever you want Jesus to function, just go ahead and invite Him in. He will never force Himself on you. He gave you a will and He respects it. Hear him:
Revelation 3:20 “Behold, I stand at the door and knock; if anyone hears and listens to and heeds My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and will eat with him, and he [will eat] with Me.”
He’s been knocking and waiting for your response. The question is: when are you going to let Him in? When will you open the door of your business, career, finance and family to him?
In conclusion, we have learnt that Jonah must be eliminated, but then Jesus must be admitted in.
Once Jesus steps in, He will guide you in bringing in others that matter to your destiny.
Beloved, review your relationships, hear this:
Genesis 30:27 “And Laban said unto him, I pray thee, if I have found favour in thine eyes, [tarry: for] I have learned by experience that the LORD hath blessed me for thy sake.”
