The Lion, the Bear and the Giants-12

1 Samuel 17:34 “And David said unto Saul, Thy servant kept his father’s sheep, and there came a lion, and a bear, and took a lamb out of the flock:”
1 Samuel 17:36 “Thy servant slew both the lion and the bear: and this uncircumcised Philistine shall be as one of them, seeing he hath defied the armies of the living God.”
…From yesterday…
They didn’t just become great; they became teachers and dispensers of knowledge in their fields. They started giving out what the giant said they could not have.
Who told you that you’re nobody? Who told you that you can’t make it? I have seen people look down on others, but later run back to those same folks for help.
Friend, brace up and kill your giant.
The second reward for killing the giant is “…the king will enrich him with great riches…” (1 Samuel 17:25).
I know you are busy pursuing money up and down, but there is a dimension called the dimension of wealth and great riches. Money is just a subset of wealth.
Wealth is forever superior to money. What God wants to give you is beyond money; it is called wealth and great riches. The only issue is that this can only be found on the other side of the giant you’re ready to kill.
Some folks are satisfied with their little salary. Whereas God has thrown them an invitation for wealth, but rather than go for it, they stay back in their comfort zone because of the giant.
God said, go set up and build that business; but they will rather stay with the salary. You decide what you get in life!
The third benefit of killing the giant is “…and will give him his daughter…”(1 Samuel 17:25). This is what I call great connections and relationships.
When you kill the giant, you get great connections in palaces and high places. There are men and women of power and means God wants to link you with, but for the giant you refuse to kill.
To be continued…
