Exodus 14:15 “And the LORD said unto Moses, Wherefore criest thou unto me? speak unto the children of Israel, that they go forward”
Exodus 14:16 “But lift thou up thy rod, and stretch out thine hand over the sea, and divide it: and the children of Israel shall go on dry ground through the midst of the sea.”

Beloved, never leave your rod in your pocket or at home, let it always be in your heart and mouth! It is your sure weapon against the enemy. Learn to lift it up by “Speaking it”!
As we begin to round up this meditation, let us consider our focal scripture again:
Exodus 14:16 “But lift thou up thy rod, and stretch out thine hand over the sea, and DIVIDE IT: and the children of Israel shall go on dry ground through the midst of the sea.”
Exodus 14:16 “Hold your staff high and stretch your hand out over the sea: SPLIT THE SEA! The Israelites will walk through the sea on dry ground.”(MSG)
My emphasis is on God telling Moses to “divide it”. God told Moses categorically to divide the red sea! How can a mere man divide the sea?
The Hebrew word for divide is “Baqa”, which means to cut out, break in pieces or tear. Those are beautiful words. They mean that for every challenge on your way the power to handle it is in your lifted rod and hands. You have the backing of heaven on how you want the problem to fizzle out. You can command the problem to part. The problem has been waiting for you to divide it all along, why not act!
Some other interpretation of the Hebrew word for divide mean to break forth, breakthrough, burst and win! I love that! The Lord told Moses to break forth. That challenge in your life is for you to breakthrough and break forth!
It is not meant to destroy you; it is simply a set up for your promotion to the next level!
