Curing Lameness-15

Acts 3:7 “And he took him by the right hand, and lifted [him] up: and immediately his feet and ancle bones received strength.”
Acts 3:7 “Then he took hold of the man’s right hand with a firm grip and raised him up. And at once his feet and ankle bones became strong and steady,”(AMP)
…From yesterday…
Once you allow your “Peter” pull you up the other areas of your life that are lame will automatically receive strength and lameness will disappear!
Talk to your mentor or spiritual father today; you can sure make do with a helping hand!
One other interesting thing in that text is this; Peter took him by the right hand but his feet and ankle bones received strength.  I was thinking Peter should simply touch or pull his feet and ankle since it was obvious the man was lame in the feet. But he rather chose to hold his hand.
Here is the gist: your spirtual father or mentor, sees beyond your lameness to the cause! He knows where the origin or foundation of the problem is. He knows where to touch to bring you healing!
While you’re busy looking at the problem and symptoms, your mentor has seen deep to the root cause. He can help you treat the problem from foundation.
The problem with most of us is that we want to understand the instructions before we obey. We sometimes even think we know better than God and our instructors. For example:
2 Kings 5:9 “So Naaman came with his horses and with his chariot, and stood at the door of the house of Elisha.”
2 Kings 5:10 “And Elisha sent a messenger unto him, saying, Go and wash in Jordan seven times, and thy flesh shall come again to thee, and thou shalt be clean.”
2 Kings 5:11 “But Naaman was wroth, and went away, and said, Behold, I thought, He will surely come out to me, and stand, and call on the name of the LORD his God, and strike his hand over the place, and recover the leper.”
