The Obsession of God-4

Deuteronomy 31:6 “Be strong and of a good courage, fear not, nor be afraid of them: for the LORD thy God, he [it is] that doth go with thee; he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee.”
Hebrews 13:5 “…He [God] Himself has said, I will not in any way fail you nor give you up nor leave you without support. [I will] not, [I will] not, [I will] not in any degree leave you helpless nor forsake nor let [you] down (relax My hold on you)! [Assuredly not!]” (AMP)
…From yesterday…
Beloved, that was Mr. Samuel, a mere mortal, flesh and blood. He kept his word to his young son. What do you think God will do given the same or similar situation?
My friend, what has trapped or trying to trap you? Fallen debris, life’s hardships, struggles, lack, failing health, debt or frustration?
Well, I’ve got news for you; we are never and can never be cut off from God’s faithfulness. He is ever true to His character. He is reliable and trustworthy and can always be counted on. Hear Him:
Numbers 23:19 “God is no mere human! He doesn’t tell lies or change his mind. God always keeps his promises.” (CEV)
I love that, if He says He won’t leave you or forsake you, He meant it and will be true to His word. Mr. Samuel kept his word and came true for his son, how much more the Creator of Mr. Samuel!
Matthew 7:9 “Or what man is there of you, whom if his son ask bread, will he give him a stone?”
Matthew 7:10 “Or if he ask a fish, will he give him a serpent?”
Matthew 7:11 “If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your Father which is in heaven give good things to them that ask him?”
If Mr. Samuel, as limited as he is, with all his imperfections, went all out for his son, what do you think your heavenly Father will do?
To be continued…
Love you BiG
