Praise with Understanding-12

Psalms 47:7 “For God [is] the King of all the earth: sing ye praises with understanding.”
…From yesterday…
That Samaritan leper got more than he ever bargained for.
Guess what? The word “whole” also means “to do well”. Jesus didn’t just “complete the missing parts”, he empowered him to go and do well in life!
Whatever he laid his hands on to do from that very moment prospered!
We can never fully comprehend the power of praise with understanding!
Many things you see around are blessings under construction. Many people are carrying around uncompleted blessings.
Somebody just got an SUV, without understanding he will think he has arrived, not knowing that “sozo” means for him to have his own private jet!
In the journey of 2016, beloved, praise is the key to perfecting all those things God has started in your life in 2015. The ones you think are not enough also need praise. If there is something you must never lack this year, it is praise and thanksgiving to God!
King David was probably the greatest “praiser” of all time; he said, “The LORD will perfect [that which] concerneth me: thy mercy, O LORD, [endureth] for ever: forsake not the works of thine own hands.” (Psalms 138:8)
David knew that blessings are always under construction and that praise is the “perfecter”!
Hear him again:
Psalms 34:9 “Worship GOD if you want the best; worship opens doors to all his goodness.”(MSG)
I love that translation. King David seems to be telling us here not to settle for the good nor the better. He said we should go for the best, via praise and worship so that we can enter into the fullness or all of God’s blessings and goodness!
Beloved, the Lord wants to “sozo” that which is not yet perfect; He wants to complete any missing parts in your life and destiny, but the question is, “Can you praise him with understanding?”
