Luke 8:41 “And, behold, there came a man named Jairus, and he was a ruler of the synagogue: and he fell down at Jesus’ feet, and besought him that he would come into his house:”
Luke 8:42 “For he had one only daughter, about twelve years of age, and she lay a dying. But as he went the people thronged him.” (KJV)

Finally, I want you to know you cannot invoke divine government unless you hang around Jesus first and foremost. Stay with him and never let go. Hear this:
Mark 3:14 “And he ordained twelve, that they should be with him, and that he might send them forth to preach,”
Mark 3:15 “And to have power to heal sicknesses, and to cast out devils”
Here, Jesus ordained twelve, that number again! Heaven wanted to start a new thing and Jesus didn’t call unto himself thirteen, ten or twenty. To start the new thing the twelve were summoned but before the twelve could manifest, they needed to hang around him first.
It is the hanging around him that made miracles, signs and wonders possible. The issue with many believers nowadays is that they want the healing, the preaching, casting out demons and demonstrating the power of God without staying with him first.
Friend, it doesn’t work that way. Staying around him is what empowers you to become a wonder. Don’t go for the miracles, go for the miracle worker! When you have him, you effortlessly walk in the miraculous.
Keep your gaze and focus on him. Don’t be distracted. Hear this:
Hebrews 12:2 “Looking away [from all that will distract] to Jesus, Who is the Leader and the Source of our faith [giving the first incentive for our belief] and is also its Finisher [bringing it to maturity and perfection]…”(AMP)
Keep looking unto him! He is the author and finisher, the mystery behind the number twelve!
