Luke 8:41 “And, behold, there came a man named Jairus, and he was a ruler of the synagogue: and he fell down at Jesus’ feet, and besought him that he would come into his house:”
Luke 8:42 “For he had one only daughter, about twelve years of age, and she lay a dying. But as he went the people thronged him.” (KJV)
Luke 8:43 “In the crowd that day there was a woman who for twelve years had been afflicted with hemorrhages. She had spent every penny she had on doctors but not one had been able to help her.”(MSG)

Malachi 4:2 “But unto you that fear my name shall the Sun of righteousness arise with HEALING in HIS WINGS; and ye shall go forth, and grow up as calves of the stall.”
The Hebrew word “wings” is also translated “helm or border of a clothe”
Luke 8:44 “came from behind and touched the border of His garment. And immediately her flow of blood stopped.”
She must have read this scripture over and over again and kept repeating it to herself. She kept saying it and moving towards the Master. The crowd was hostile but she kept moving.
She could have been discouraged but kept at it. She was hemorrhaging meaning she was losing blood and must have been weak but her weakness not withstanding, she kept at it.
Friend, what are you believing God for? What are the odds against you? Don’t stop! Keep moving and acting in line with your faith, if the crowd press you, press back till you touch and hold your miracle. If she did it, you can as well!
Finally, I want you to know you cannot invoke divine government unless you hang around Jesus first and foremost. Stay with him and never let go. Hear this:
Mark 3:14 “And he ordained twelve, that they should be with him, and that he might send them forth to preach,”
Mark 3:15 “And to have power to heal sicknesses, and to cast out devils”
