Mark 4:35 “And the same day, when the even was come, he saith unto them, Let us pass over unto the other side.”
Mark 5:1 “And they came over unto the other side of the sea…”

Another helper on your journey of destiny is a spiritual mentor or father. The truth is that there are people that have travelled that road before and your ability to listen to them will be of great help on your trip. Hear this:
1 Samuel 3:8 “And the LORD called Samuel again the third time. And he arose and went to Eli, and said, Here [am] I; for thou didst call me. And Eli perceived that the LORD had called the child.”
1 Samuel 3:9 “Therefore Eli said unto Samuel, Go, lie down: and it shall be, if he call thee, that thou shalt say, Speak, LORD; for thy servant heareth. So Samuel went and lay down in his place.”
1 Samuel 3:10 “And the LORD came, and stood, and called as at other times, Samuel, Samuel. Then Samuel answered, Speak; for thy servant heareth.”
1 Samuel 3:11 “And the LORD said to Samuel, Behold, I will do a thing in Israel, at which both the ears of every one that heareth it shall tingle.”
We have a very interesting encounter here. It was time for God to start dealing with Samuel directly; it was time for Samuel to go on a journey of destiny and God came directly to him. He started on this trip but, ran into difficulty on the road.
Samuel didn’t fret he simply went to a Spiritual mentor who had travelled that road before. Prophet Eli knew what to do and immediately gave him guidance.
I remember when we were about to embark on the journey I told you about. The first thing I did was to call a friend who just returned from a journey along that same route. He told me the condition of the road, where I could speed, where I’ll need to slow down and where I’ll need to drive with utmost caution.
