1 Kings 1:5 “Then Adonijah the son of Haggith exalted himself, saying, I will be king: and he prepared him chariots and horsemen, and fifty men to run before him.”

He told the King that because he was handling his home stretch wrongly, Adonijah, had suddenly rose to power, albeit illegally occupying the throne. Not just that, the enemies had set up a party, concluding that they had won!
Beloved, I don’t care the situation, circumstance or people that are rejoicing over your “seeming weakness”, discouragement or tiredness; Lift, by the authority of heaven is speaking as your “Prophet Nathan” to let you know it is not over!
I want you to know that, that long terrifying sickness and disease shouldn’t keep you down anymore. That loss of job doesn’t need to mark the end for you. That financial mess can be resolved. Your house rent can be paid.
Think of all those that are depending on you! You cannot afford to die while they are looking up to you so strongly. Think of the colourful dreams and aspirations that God planted in your heart early this year! Remember, the vigour, power and dedication with which you hit the ground of 2015 running. Why give up now?
Look at what the devil is doing because he thought you’re weak. Why would you allow them cover you up in bed daily? Aren’t you tired of the landlord’s harassment? Why should people that believe so much in you cry for you? I don’t think they deserve that.
Why must your enemies feast and rejoice over your supposed fall? Hear this:
1 Kings 1:9 “And Adonijah slew sheep and oxen and fat cattle by the stone of Zoheleth, which [is] by Enrogel, and called all his brethren the king’s sons, and all the men of Judah the king’s servants:”
