Romans 12:2 “And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what [is] that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.”
Romans 12:2 “Don’t become so well-adjusted to your culture that you fit into it without even thinking. Instead, fix your attention on God. YOU’LL BE CHANGED FROM THE INSIDE OUT. Readily recognize what he wants from you, and quickly respond to it. Unlike the culture around you, always dragging you down to its level of immaturity, God brings the best out of you, develops well-formed maturity in you.” (MSG)
The first thing to note here is that the bible says that every change that will ever happen to a man must start from his inside. Romans 12:2, in the Message translation, say, “YOU’LL BE CHANGED FROM THE INSIDE OUT”. Once a man changes within, in a matter of time, it will show without. Let us consider these scriptures:
Mark 11:24 “Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive [them], and ye shall have [them].”
Matthew 9:29 “He touched their eyes and said, “Become what you believe.”” (MSG)
Change is a process called believing. When you have information from the word of God and you take it in, digest and understand it, it becomes the new reality in your mind. When you accept it as your new reality, you agree with it and start living it within; it will show up and give you the material equivalent in no time. Jesus told the blind man to “Become what he believes.”
The man accepted “seeing” as his new reality internally, in his mind and it simply materialised physically. Jesus also said, “… believe that ye receive [them], and ye shall have [them].” (Marl 11:24). Whatever change you accept as your reality will give you its material equivalence.
