The Principle of Change-15

1Samuel 10:6 “And the Spirit of the LORD will come upon thee, and thou shalt prophesy with them, and shalt be turned into another man.”
1Samuel 10:10 “And when they came thither to the hill, behold, a company of prophets met him; and the Spirit of God came upon him, and he prophesied among them.”
1Samuel 10:13 “And when he had made an end of prophesying he came to the high place.”
…From yesterday…
Friend, we must discern and know when and what change to embrace.  If only Moses had embraced the change by heeding God’s instructions, if the Israelites had embraced change in the wilderness, the story wouldn’t have ended the way it did.
Going back to our focal scripture, Samuel made an outstanding statement to Saul. He told Saul that when the Spirit of God came upon him, he would prophesy, meaning he would be empowered to do what he couldn’t do by becoming another man!
One thing the Spirit of God empowers us to do is help us to embrace change. We change and become like God! We get back to the very place Adam was at the garden of Eden. We become different from natural men. We become carriers of the immense nature and might of God!
We saw the end result of Saul’s change in 1Samuel 10:13, the bible says, “And when he had made an end of prophesying he came to the high place.”
Friend, there is a high place reserved for you, but the only thing that will qualify you for it is the change that you embrace via the Spirit of God.
Your future is bright; your destiny is colourful; let your “repentance” be absolute. Hear this:
Mark 1:15 “Time’s up! God’s kingdom is here. Change your life and believe the Message.” (MSG)
Acts 3:19 “Now it’s time to change your ways! Turn to face God so he can wipe away your sins, pour out showers of blessing to refresh you,” (MSG)
Your story will not end abruptly, your destiny will not be truncated in Jesus name, amen.
