The Principle of Change-13
1Samuel 10:6 “And the Spirit of the LORD will come upon thee, and thou shalt prophesy with them, and shalt be turned into another man.”
1Samuel 10:10 “And when they came thither to the hill, behold, a company of prophets met him; and the Spirit of God came upon him, and he prophesied among them.”
1Samuel 10:13 “And when he had made an end of prophesying he came to the high place.”
Mark 1:15 “And saying The time is fulfilled and the kingdom of God is at hand repent ye and believe the gospel.”
…From yesterday…
The word “turn” here is also translated change! The children of Israel came to a point in their journey where they could no longer make progress. They became stagnant, moving around in circles.
God came to them and proffered a simple solution: change! Friend, if stagnation has been a challenge, why not consider making a change? A change of direction might be all you need.
A second thing I see happen to people who refuse to change is that they truncate their destiny and lose out, Hear this:
Luke 13:3 “I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent ye shall all likewise perish”
Luke 13:5 “I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent ye shall all likewise perish”
Jesus said if you don’t repent or change, it can lead to destruction or truncation of divine destiny. Let’s take a case study, Moses;
Numbers 20:7 “And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,”
Numbers 20:8 “Take the rod, and gather thou the assembly together, thou, and Aaron thy brother, and SPEAK YE UNTO THE ROCK BEFORE THEIR EYES; and it shall give forth his water, and thou shalt bring forth to them water out of the rock: so thou shalt give the congregation and their beasts drink.”
Numbers 20:10 “And Moses and Aaron gathered the congregation together before the rock, and he said unto them, Hear now, ye rebels; must we fetch you water out of this rock?”
