Mark 6:2 “And when the sabbath day was come he began to teach in the synagogue: and many hearing him were astonished saying From whence hath this man these things? and what wisdom is this which is given unto him, that even such mighty works are wrought by his hands?”
Mark 6:3 “Is not this the carpenter…”

The issue is this, such folks will not cease from the face of the earth! If they were here over two thousand years ago, their descendants are still very much around. If they attacked Christ, they will attack you!
So, make up your mind: will you be different or remain a mediocre like them? I remember speaking with a young man recently who has some outstanding talents. I asked why he had not done much with his gifts. He said people were asking why is he different. They told him people don’t do that.
They said what he wants to do is too outrageous, bla bla bla. They want him to maintain the status quo! They literally killed his morale!
Everybody is cool with him the WAY HE IS, but not just cool with the way HE WANTS TO BE! Hear this:
2Corinthians 6:17 “Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you,”
2 Corinthians 6:18 “And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty.”
God said before you can step into your divine destiny, before He can take you places as your Father, there must be a separation!
The word “separate”, as used in 2Cor.6:17 is a Greek word meaning amongst other things, “to divide”, ” to sever”, “to mark off from others by boundaries”, “to remove limit”, “to appoint”, “to set apart for a purpose”!
Those are very strong words! Particularly I love the word “to remove limit”. What has been limiting you?
